Deliveries are currently only available within 20 MILES. Local delivery has three flat rates £2.50,£3.00,£4.00 but is free for all orders over £45 with no weight limit!

We deliver from MONDAY to FRIDAY only.

Orders must be placed by 12p.m from Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday after this time will not be delivered the next day scheduled date.

Orders received after 12 p.m will be dispatched the day after tomorrow. Please bear this in mind when placing an order.

• Please provide us with instructions if your address is difficult to find.
• Your order will be left (no matter the weather conditions) outside of your address. It is your responsibility to be available for your delivery to ensure it’s not stolen, damaged or defrosted.
• If you live in shared accommodation or an apartment, we will leave the order at the main door.

On occasion, items may be out of stock. It does not happen often but in these circumstances we substitute items of a similar type, unless specifically requested not to.
