Your order will be left (no matter the weather conditions) outside of your address. It is your responsibility to be available for your delivery to ensure it’s not stolen, damaged or defrosted.
If you live in shared accommodation or an apartment, we will leave the order at the main door.

On occasion, items may be out of stock. It does not happen often but in these circumstances we substitute items of a similar type, unless specifically requested not to.
